Cars

I think that sometimes people spend way too much money on their car to make it look nice, or give it power. It's their money and their hobby, but unless that person is really rich and has a lot of money to spare, then I guess it wouldn't be a problem. How about the people that don't have that much money, but still they soup up their cars. Aftermarket parts are actually pretty expensive for cars. For example, an aftermarket front bumper for a car would probably be around 200 dollars, plus the shipping which is 100-150 dollars. Then you have to paint the piece too, unless you like having mis-matched car parts. A professional paint job is expensive too.
Exterior parts are expensive, but so are the interior parts, under the hood. The most common parts would be the intake, and exhaust. Aftermarket intakes can range from 30 dollars to 300, depending on the brand and quality. I know a little about the prices because I like looking around ebay for car parts for my car, but I don't buy them because I think it's not worth it. I'd rather save the money just in case my car breaks down and I need to fix it. I also think that fixing up your car only encourages yourself and other people to race, which is dangerous. So it's better off to keep everything the way it is.

Video Games

We all know that video games are fun and all that, but seemslike sometimes we don't know when to stop. Sometimes I will play a game for a really long time and not be able to stop. I want tostop, but sometimes it makes you really mad when you keeplosing and you want to win just to make you happier. Whenthere's nothing to do I'll play War Craft III Frozen throne online, and I'll play for a very long time because it's hard to stop somehow. When you're soo close to winning and you lose,it's hard to stop playing. You must play again and WIN.
My oldest brother also likes playing games. He plays an online game called Final Fantasy XI. He likes to play it a lot. He can stay up all night and play it and not feel sleepy at all. Then he sleeps through the whole morning into the afternoon. I don't really care if he plays all the time, but he needs to spend more time with his kids. Seems like that's all he ever does, which is bad for his family and his health. So what I am saying is that we need to set a limit to how many hours we should spend on what we like. Sometimes we spend too much time on what matters less to us and spend more on things that don't matter that much.

Spring Break

Spring break is almost here, but what is there to do when it's here?
Seems like when you are busy there are a million things that you want
to do, but when you have all the time in the world to spare, you are
clueless on what you want to do. For example, on the weekdays there are
so many things that I want to do, but seems like there isn't enough
time to do all of it. On the weekends im clueless on what to do, and
that's when I have time to do what I want to do. Everyone's excited for
Spring break, but after the break is over, most of the people I talk to
will say their spring break sucked, and that they didn't do anything at
all. It wasn't what they expected it to be. It's almost like that thing
that we were talking about in English 101. How we all look forward and
are so excited for highschool graduation, but when we get there, we
have this feeling that it was not what we thought it was. "This is
it?.." but I guess "The journey is it's own reward." I guess if I apply
this to the spring break, it could work as well. Like how I approach
spring break and plan for it, is the reward? I don't know. I guess
spring break is already the reward itself. I guess what I am trying to
say is that, sometimes we don't see the reward when it's there.
